interfaces with access control portals.
Digital Concierge
In the new work environment, organizations are looking to avoid physical contact with front desk receptionists
or using shared, self-service tablets for check-in. Aruba and its digital workplace partners, such as Envoy,
allow pre-registration, automated host notification, and auto-generated individualized visitor Wi-Fi
credentials – all with zero human-to-human contact. Save time by automatically notifying hosts, printing
badges and more, all whilst meeting complex compliances needs and knowing exactly who is in your building,
and where.
Guest Access
Employees can receive a push notification when a visitor enters personal information into the tablet or visitation
kiosk in the lobby. This will trigger an in-app notification sent to the host-employee that their visitor has arrived,
where that visitor is waiting, and a photo ID of that visitor for quick identification, supported by
Envoy & CXApp.
Employee Secure Access
Employees are connected as soon as they enter the building, with the ability to connect and work from anywhere in the
smart office. Employees can use smart personal devices, augmented with building IoT sensors, to register for flexible
space, find available conference rooms, navigate, follow safety protocols, locate visitors, adjust climate and lighting
and control smart furniture. High quality wireless UCC tools enhance productivity and flexibility.
Room Check-In
Automatic triggers between the CXApp, Chargifi and Aruba’s Beacon technology allows users to enter and book a meeting room, enabling touchless entry/check-in. The iPad screen outside allows you to see if the room is occupied or not, eliminating ‘zombie’ meetings and essentially utilising the space more efficiently. Book the conference room through the iPad, or through your connected handheld device seamlessly with Chargifi.
